You deserve it!ĭistract yourself with your favorite hobby, binge the crap out of your favorite show available for streaming, run outside with your doggy companion or on the treadmill at the gym while blasting a feel good playlist. It’s best to let it out immediately and have that time to grieve and emotionally and mentally recover. It’s never good to let your emotions simmer inside and eat at you. Vent, cry, laugh, say what you need to say to your closest confidants.
